Zwieselstein—the home of possibilities—is located between the two ski destinations of Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl and in the middle of the Ötztal biking and hiking region.
Whether you are traveling as a couple or with your whole family, our quiet, family-run apartments can accommodate up to 7 people.

Our tip:
Leave your car behind and take the bus – the bus stop is right outside our front door and will take you to one of the skiing and hiking areas free of charge with your ski pass in winter and the Ötztal Card in summer.

Arrival/departure
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m. at the latest. To avoid long waiting times, we also offer you the option of settling your bill on the day of arrival.
On the day of arrival, you can check into your apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, please let us know.

Aqua Dome Thermal Spa Längenfeld
We are partners with the Aqua Dome in Längenfeld.
When you book your ticket with us, you will receive a 10% discount.

Payment
We only accept CASH PAYMENT or bank transfer received before departure.

Bread service
Can be ordered the day before from Ötztal Bäck: www.shop.oetztal-baeck.at

Electric charging station
There is an electric charging station just a few minutes' walk away.

ATMs
There is an ATM in Zwieselstein. There are further ATMs and banks in Sölden.

Bus
The bus stop is located 30 meters below our house.

Quiet hours
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you observe quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (room volume).

Ötztal Summer Card
The Ötztal Summer Card is valid from June to October and is included in your room price.
This gives you the opportunity to use selected services in the Ötztal free of charge (bus rides, mountain railways, bike rental, outdoor pools, museum, etc.).

Ski and boot storage
Our ski and boot storage room is located in the basement of our house and is included in your price.
